This presentation is a part of a two day session on personal efficiency. Most of the time, efficiency and time management are about doing more with less ressources and faster. Personal efficiency has to do with making sense and ensuring a healthy environment. This justifies this segment on assertiveness. In order to be efficient and effective, we need to act from a place of assertiveness and be able to deal with non assertive behaviors.
There is a French expression about wanting the cream, the butter, the dairy girl, and the butter money, all at the same time. This is one step further from having you cake and eating it too. This video is just about that.
