Not an off-the-shelf consultant

I work as a senior consultant in the field of management, leadership and Western-Chinese cross-cultural management. I perform in diverse environments and situations. My experience includes transoceanic sailor, archeological shipwreck diver, windsurfing and yoga instructor, journalist in the USA, newspaper publisher, knowledge management consultant, trainer, published writer, MBA learning manager and Business School professor. I am trained in emotional stress management, conflict mediation and MBTI certified.

I have held management positions such as publication manager for the French Stock Exchange and Euronext’s international trade magazines. I work in Europe and China, where I am based in Shanghai.
